Terms of service are subject to change and it is the responsibility of the buyer to note any changes.
Cancellation Policy
We do understand that sometimes it is unavoidable and cancellations happen. However we operate a cancellation policy which we would like you to be aware of. Please notify us as soon as possible and any cancellation should be confirmed in writing.
Refund will be made if notice period is given on the following basis:
- 100% of individual fee will be refunded if 4 or more months before the 1st Course date.
- 75% of individual fee will be refunded if 3 months before the 1st Course date.
- 50% of individual fee will be refunded if 2 months before the 1st Course date.
- No refund will be made under any circumstances after this period. In certain special circumstances, it will be possible for you to participate in a future Perfect Smile Academy Hands On Course without the loss of any paid fee.
